M&M Cookies

Serves: 36 cookies
  • 3 sticks (24 tablespoons) of butter, melted
  • 2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 and ½ cups of all purpose flour
  • ½ tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 bag (11.4 ounces) of M&Ms (2 cups)
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, and M&Ms.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining wet ingredients: butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and stir until just combined.
  5. Line 3 large baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  6. Scoop the dough into 36 evenly sized balls of cookie dough.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes. The cookies will continue baking after you take them out of the oven.
  8. Serve immediately. Leftovers keep for several days in an airtight container.
