Tomato Fried Egg

  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 plum tomatoes, diced
  1. Heat up oil in a small pan over medium heat.
  2. When the oil is hot, crack in the eggs. Flip when the white is opaque, and cook to your liking.
  3. Transfer the eggs to a plate.
  4. Add the tomatoes, and cook until soft.
  5. Serve immediately. Leftover eggs are not good.
