Tomato Scrambled Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 plum tomatoes, diced
  1. Heat up oil in a small pan over medium heat.
  2. When the oil is hot, add in the eggs. Push around often, and cook until not liquidy.
  3. Transfer the eggs to a bowl.
  4. Add the tomatoes, and cook until soft.
  5. Serve immediately. Leftover eggs are not good.
