Kohlrabi Bulb

Serves: 4 cups
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • 1 kohlrabi bulb, peeled and diced
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  1. Heat up oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced scallions. Cook for about a minute until golden brown.
  3. Add in the diced kohlrabi and salt.
  4. Stirring occasionally, cook for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for a few days.
