Pan Fried Kohlrabi Greens

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch of kohlrabi greens, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  1. Heat up the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic. Stirring frequently, cook for 30-40 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the kohlrabi greens, salt, and 1 cup of water.
  4. Cover the pan.
  5. Simmer the greens until tender, about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately. Leftovers store well in the fridge for a few days.
