PB & J Overnight Oats

  • 2 cups of traditional oats
  • 1 cup of jam
  • 9 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 4 cups (32 ounce container) of yogurt
  1. Get 6 containers which can hold at least 2 cups each.
  2. Divide the ingredients equally between the containers. To each container, add ⅓ cup of oats, ⅔ cup of yogurt, 1 and ½ tablespoons of peanut butter, and about 3 tablespoons of jam.
  3. Cover and store the containers in the fridge for up to a week.
  4. The day before you want PB & J overnight oats, add ¼ cup of water to a container, and stir well.
  5. Leave the oatmeal in the fridge overnight so the oats can soften.
  6. In the morning, remove from the fridge, and eat cold.
