I used to have orthorexia, an unhealthy obsession with healthy eating. I'd spend a LOT of time on food: cooking ridiculously often, obsessively worrying about what/when I ate, and blogging excessively. My relationship with food has healed over time, and now, I believe in a healthy approach to healthy eating. You can expect posts like:
